MiVB 9.0 SP1 and Nupoint (as app on MiCollab) - copy messages to another mailbox

Hi,
I was trying to find out a way to have a user mailbox auto copy messages to another mailbox in Nupoint. For the life of me, I cannot find out how to do this.
Ex. caller reaches Mailbox A and plays the greeting. Once a message is left, that message will automatically copy to Mailbox B.

You use the Broadcast Mailbox FCOS (120 IIRC)

Then you add the destination MB in distribution list 1

Be aware that there is a version of NuPoint on the Micollab that has an issue with copying messages to another user. This is a known issue that is resolved with a patch.... here's the notes from Product Support.

Downloaded and installed NPM-1672_Ports_get_stuck_RNA
-- there were a lot of corefiles built up

Once the patch was applied, the messages that were "given" to another mailbox showed up.

Thanks for the heads up. I do remember that issue. I came across it on two sites when I first upgraded them to R9.
