Mitel wireless headset not ringing

My headset was working fine until today.

When my deskphone rings normally after 1 or 2 rings I can hear it through my headset however now this is not the case. I can still pick up the call but just can't hear the ringing.

I've tried re-pairing it and removing the battery but it still doesn't ring when a call comes through.

Any tips?

What type of headset? Is it the MITEL bluetooth one or a third party?

Nope no headset button, no programmable key for the headset what so ever.

Can't think of what else could be the issue. Have another to try?

Have had similar issues when headset is left in the cradle/charger for extended period of time.
Try lifting headset off cradle
