Alright, I got assigned to work on a Mitel SX2000 Lightware switch. I never worked with this system before and from what I've been told, it should already be programed correctly. The only issue I have with this switch is the phones not being able to dial out. In other words, I can't call my cell phone or any commercial line. I can call the phones with my cell phone but I can't call my cell phone with the phones. The only way to dial out is through the Attendant Console. I'm trying to get it so that I don't have to use the Attendant Console to dial out and just use the phone itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Attendant console doesn't get cor restricted. Sounds like you phones are Class of Restricted to disallow outgoing access. As a test you could setup a speed dial to your cell and check the over-ride toll restriction box to see if calling the speed dial reaches the cell phone.

Otherwise every phone has a COR ( Class of Restriction ). Every route out of your PBX has a COR Group assigned. If the COR of the phone is found in the COR group assigned to the route that the SX2000 uses to reach your cell phone, then your call will be blocked. Usually with a message on the display of "call barred". Change the phones COR to one not found in the COR group and it should work.
