Mitel Release 9

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help, I am certified on Mitel 3300 rel 9.0.

I am wanting to get up to speed on the 3300 (MiVoice Buisness) and was wondering whether anyone knows what route I need to take.

I am registered with Mitel online but for some reason I cant enroll on the MCD 4.0 update, and obviously the many more updates to get to current version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to attend the courses again if I understand the new rules correctly. More than two steps down on current release and you are out.

Mitel recently changed their process

If you lapse more than 2 years, then you have to recertify.

I would call them and see what they can do for you.

Thanks for the help, surely I wouldn't need to resit the 2 week course again!!

I'm hoping there might be a refreshers course.

Forgot to mention that I'm UK based, don't know whether that makes any difference.

Yup, you need to resit the courses again. I've been arguing with them for years over it.

I'd be really surprised if they don't offer a recertification style course online. It would be a paid course without the travel expenses. I think they would be missing an opportunity by not offering such a course.

Been disappointed before though.

They do offer a virtual course for the 3300 but it is not a re-certification course.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.
