Just wonder someone knows the answer to me question
I have a customer that has a contact center 9.0 with voice and email queuing, Trying to find out how or what report i can run for identifying how many emails we are getting from a pacific revived email address from a date range and email queues
I run a conversation detail and then filter the EXCL speedsheet down, anyone know of an easier way?
