HI

Just wonder someone knows the answer to me question
I have a customer that has a contact center 9.0 with voice and email queuing, Trying to find out how or what report i can run for identifying how many emails we are getting from a pacific revived email address from a date range and email queues

I run a conversation detail and then filter the EXCL speedsheet down, anyone know of an easier way?

Are you referring to Queued Emails ?

Dont think there is many useful reports within the email Queuing section

you may be able to use an SQL export using BCP ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
