What is the best, automatic option to get the Mitel SIP 6863i phone get the config file?

We have about 200 phones to install, so we don't want to manually tell each phone where to get the config file.

RCS Server, DHCP, other options?

dhcp options to point to config TFTP server which has config file for each phone to pickup username/password.

The user guide for the phones seems OK.
