Mitel 5330 - Night Answer mode?

I have a Mitel 5330 phone, but not a Mitel ACD.
In the variety of Mitel 5330 Manuals (PDF documents) that I have found, they mention the availability of setting a key to Night Answer mode.
But when I attempt to follow the directions I do not find that option available - neither within the phone's LCD menus nor within the phone's web GUI.

Am I missing something?

Or is there an alternate method of setting a key up in a custom manner so that it handles this and the key's light will respond accordingly?

I am using a FreeSWITCH/FusionPBX system with the Mitel 5330 phone.
In general it is working, but I'd like to add the Night Answer mode ON/OFF and have the activation button illuminate when ON

If you are not using a Mitel controller then I cannot help you.

Assuming the phone is in SIP mode.

Yes the phone is in SIP mode and is communicating fine with the FreeSWITCH/FusionPBX server.

Regardless of that, why is it that 5330 features such as Night Answer which are discussed in the User Manuals are not available on the phone.
The manuals do not indicate anywhere that these features come from the controller.

Features are generally provided by the phone system. You likely are using a 3300 phone user guide, not a generic sip one.
