We have a Mitel 3300 release 7, with 5330 phones.
One of my users would like to have a key on every page of the display that she can press to answer a call if a call comes in. How do I program that?

Thanks,
Jim

you can program float keys on 5340 and 5360 which would solve the problem
- checkout the online help
The 5340 IP Phone, 5360 IP Phone, and 5560 IPT provide programmable multi-function keys for one-touch feature access. You can program three of these keys as float keys. Float keys are typically used to display unanswered ringing lines on designated keys where the ringing lines would otherwise be hidden on one of the phone's application pages. The Float keys are located in the upper-right row of keys on all three sets

on a 5330 , your only option would be to add a multicall key of the number to every page
( or just tell her to hit the home button when its ringing to get back to the home page ).

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....
