Customer is having multiple issues. They have a PRI and on incomming calls to IP phones the hotel can hear the person voice calling in but customer cant hear the hotel. If the hotel puts that call on hold the customer can hear the music. So the can hear the hotel music but not the voice of the person at the hotel. If i direct the incomming calls to an anal;og phone everything works fine. The same problem occures when a analog phone calls an IP phone internally. IP phone to IP phone works. I have changed out the EIP module.
