If the Software assurance needs to be renewed $717 sounds about right depending on the size of your system
2 hours is low, he isn't allowing for the system needing to be upgraded twice and all of the overhead in between. Quite simply, it can't be done in 2 hours. 3 hours is reasonable but does not allow for prep time. 4 hours is what I would normally quote.
