I have a mitel 200icp that will not update the time and date correctly. I did get it to take a date and time chage once but 2 days later it reverted back. Any ideas?

I have a number of sites with that exact software and no reports of that kind. Possibly someone is changing it, maybe disable that option for awhile and see what happens.

I have checked the logs and there is no reset happening. On may 4th I was able to change the date to 04-05-10. Yesterday it showed 05-05-05 and the time showed 11:11pm at 9am yesterday morning. Also one time I attempted to change the date, it was 9:12 am after hitting enter the time went to 9:00am exactly and the date never changed.
Hmmm thats an odd one. Just for fun, check out when the system thinks spring ahead and fall behind times are. (I think that is form 4).
Also if there is a receptionist with a Super Console allow her to be able to adjust time - yes a fudge, but it'll buy ya some time to figure it out.

I have the sring ahead and fall back dates disabled in system features. The site is also having the same issue where it will nt take a date or time change.
