Mitac Notebook & Xircom 10/100+Modem card

G'day

I have got a problem with a Mitac Notebook (model 7233) using a Xircom 10/100+miodem 56 pcmcia card. The problem is that when the network card looks at the network (win98 workgroup) it drops it connection with the hub, then reconects sorta then just keeps dropping out..... any thoughts I would love to hear them
