Mistakely Deleted " C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT"

Mistakely i deleted "All Users.WINNT" folder from C:\Documents and Settings. Now when i log on to the computer i get a error message saying "cannot load C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\desktop".
And even the prgrams frm start menu has been hidden.

So is there any other way to get back this folder to its original locations?

i restarted quite a lot of times but it doesnt works

have you tried copying it over from another computer with a simular setup?

Or the Recycle Bin?

Or create the folder by hand, and copy the Default User profile?
