Missing the attach Button in MS Outlook 1

1) is there a little arrow down button on the right end of your toolbar? If so, hit it and select the paper clip icon.
2) else, right clidk on the toolbar and click customize, find the paper clip (in the Standard section) and drag it to your toolbar. Then quit Customize

start a new message, right click on the toolbar and make sure "standard" is checked, then as said above, just drag the bar to the right to see it. If it is a seperate bar, click and drag it to where the file edit view etc are, then expand as needed
