Missing text import specs in Excel

I have an Excel template into which I import a fixed width text file. I saved an import spec for this, but when I now go back to use it there is no option to select it. (It's a while since I've used it, but I seem to remember there was an advanced button?) As this is something I only have to do occasionally I've written myself step by step instructions, so I know I'm not just imagining it!
Anybody any ideas how I can access the spec again?
