Hi, I'm using Quark 4.1 on Windows XP and have just recently started to run into this odd problem. I do book layout that requires several text boxes all over a page. Most of the time, it PDFs perfectly fine, but a few files I've made have this problem where when I PDF the file, all but one or two of the text boxes aren't there. And when text does actually show up, it's always only the text boxes on the left side of a page.
As far as I can tell, it's not a font issue since there is no difference in font between the stuff that does show up and the stuff that doesn't. And if I move text boxes to where I know things are showing up in the PDF, it indeed works. And the reverse is true, if I move a text box from a place where it PDFed fine to anywhere else, it dissapears in the PDF.
It seems like Quark or Adobe Distiller only sees part of the page when making the PDF and just ignores the rest. And I know nothing is covering the text I've made, because every page has an image as a background taking up the entire page and that PDFs fine. I've been trying to figure out this problem for a while now and have gotten nowhere.
