Missing Sub menu

When I go to the menu bar select File. then scroll down. There is no file send option. can I get this added or restored some how?

Wich application? and which e-mail app are you using? (Need to know the e-mail app to know what could be wrong, even if you just want to send it to another app)

As a first step go to Tools; Customize; click the Commands tab and under Categories select Built-in Menus. In the Commands list select Send To, click on the File menu in Excel and drag it to where you want it on the File menu.

If that doesn't work, please repost and we will have to see if anything else is missing.
