Missing printer media size choices

I have 4 XP computers networked to an Oki 6100n color laser printer. Two days ago, one of them developed problems printing. The problem is with the printer setup, which I did not change. In the control panel, "Printer Preference, Media Size" there is only one size in the list. That size is A4 and I need 8.5 by 11.

I have removed the printer, rebooted, and reinstalled the drivers using the CD that came with the printer. All other computers are working correctly.

I also tried restoring the problem unit to several different "Restore Points" with no changes.

Have you checked the results by logging on as a different user on this machine to see if it is a profile problem?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried logging on as a different user, and still the exact problem. I called Okidata and they had me try several things, such as going to File, Server Properties, and removing the drivers, Reboot, and Reinstall. Still no luck.

We got it to work by installing a different type of driver. All the computers have PCL drivers. What I did was install the PS drivers on the bad computer and now it is working.

I know that did not fix the problem, just the symptom, but at least we can print.
