After loading A Tax 2003 Program, I was told to restart my PC (Win98 SE, Pentium III, 550 Mhz) . Suddenly, my system could not load Win 98 SE any more and gave the message " NTLDR is missing" and asked to restart again ??? When I did, the same error message reappeared .
When I restarted, I made sure there was no floppy disk or CD-Rom left in the system removable drives. Still , nothing changed. A friend of mine suggested to boot Win 98 SE with a bootdisk then use commands:
"A:\Fdisk /MBR " then "A:\ Sys C:"
I would like to have second opinions on how to to fix the problem. Please comment. Thanks
