Missing message body of email

I have an end user that is having problems with outlook 2003, when they send a message the other party receives the message but the body of the message is blank, and when they forward a message the receiving party always receives a blank message. Has anyone ever seen this before? please help, we are running Exchange 2003, sp1

I have had occasions when mail sent from Outlook 2003 using some of the background stationary can cause the message body to be rendered invisible.

What happens when you send it internally? Send it to a yahoo or hotmail account and see what you get.
