Missing Mail Address for Public Information Store

Hi all,

I migrated an old NT domain in a new ADS (Win2K3) by using ADMT. At the moment both domains exist parallel.
I moved some testusers mailboxes from Ex 5.5 to Ex 2003 without any problems.
But the "new users" are unable to get free/busy information in their Outlook (2000) clients from each other.
The reason is, that the public information Store has no Mail-Address which would enable the replication.
(as mentioned in MS KB Note 842273, Step 1)
Can anybody help in this topic?

Additional Info:

The RUS works fine so far. All new defined Users are stamped with new mail-addresses.. So it seems to work good.
But why does the PIS not get any address??
