We have 5 Citrix Servers running on Windows 2000 Terminal Servers. Some people accidently deleted their Default Internet Explorer Icon. Is there any way of restoring it without deleting their terminal services profile. I read Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 162170 and it didn't work.
