Missing fonts with QuarkXpress 4.1 1

I am using QuarkXpress 4.1 on a Windows NT 4.0 SP6a Dell Optiplex GX1 PC. I have this document being worked on and everytime it is opened I get the "fonts missing" error. I have added and re-added the fonts but I continue to get the message. Does anyone know what is going on? Why can't QuarkXpress find these fonts?

Are they used in a style sheet somewhere that isn't used in the document? Such as stylesheet H3 with a font of Tahoma, but that stylesheet isn't used - quark will still think it's missing from the document. Check your usage to see if it's used somewhere in the document.
