I am missing the Tab Delimited Text export format from a workstation. Does anyone know the dlls that I must update in order have this option?

Thanks!

I'll assume that a workstation means a system that you installed an application on, not a system with CR.

The developer help file has all of the required DLL's, look up export for whatever version of crystal you have (sorry, I don't have the file here or I'd look it up for you, I have made other posts here referencing it).

Thanks for the post. Let me clarify a couple things.

A workstation in this case is a machine on the network that is not a server. They have the client installed for their business software and the standard edition of CR 8.5 is installed.

The report was written elsewhere and was made to export to Tab Delimited Text format.

Upon attempting the export on the user's computer, a majority of the export formats appear, but Tab Delimited Text does not. We DO see Tab Delimited Values, but this screws up the numbers on the subreport so we can't use it.

I checked the Help briefly earlier and all I found was a list of export formats which included Tab Delimited Text. It mentioned that the dlls should be installed and registered for these to be accessible. However, this one particular one is not.

I will check the developer edition's help files when I get back to my office. So, the Help has the list of dlls for this? I'll check it out.

Thanks again for any assistance.
