MIssing Contacts & Folders

Hi,
After restoring an exchange database from Veritas Backup Exec, Exchange is working, but all contacts, and folders have disappeared. Is there a procedure that can be done to recover this information, and retain email that has been sent since the restore which was about 2 weeks ago?
