Missing Chart OLE

I have an reporting application in Access that produces charts, however, not all of the systems in my company are able to produce the graphs. They get an OLE error saying that the application is either not installd or not registers. Yet all of the necessary MSCHRT20 drivers are in place.

Oddly enough, the machines that CAN run the graphs are on an older version of Access and/or MS services packs (most systems are accessing the .mdb via Access Run-Time). I have downloaded the most recent service packs in an attemt to isolate the problem.

If anyone has ANY insight to this situation, I would REALLY appreciate it.
