missin DLL file for newdotnet????

ok im lost i have a DSL connection.....but my computer is tellin me that i am missin a .dll file to run the connection but it worked befor....the problem is that i asked a few ppl bout it and the newdotnet shouldnt even be on my computer but i dont know wat to do....i have gotten rid of the newdotnet but it still doesnt see the DSL connection.....thanx for the help!

Download this little tool (Registry Cleaner). Run it and really get newdotnet's remnants off your pc. Post back if still no joy...
