any ideas?? we have a site using 4.0.10, on a 406v2, twinning licences, and ph manager pro + lite.

with twinning in nz, our provider doesnt pass the originator caller id thru to the twinned number,

prob, when the client gets back to the office to see who rang him as he didn't answer on the mobile, the missed calls doesnt display the number, but if you ring his ddi and then hang up it does?

i have tried this in both lite and pro, same result,

all that is displayed on the twinned mobile is the office isdn number

they are on a 5410ds phone

yes, turn off the twinning since he still can't be bothered to answer the calls so whats the point of the extra cost of twinning.

Seriously (but only just) the call logging in Phone Manager is local to the application and so he would have to leave it running even when answering (or not) on the twin.

Unless he logged of the 5410 whilst twinned (and I don't think that works for mobile twinning) then the call log of the 5410 should contain the missed calls. [Hoping of course that we're not talking about analog trunks here in which case you need to ensure a mobile twin delay is set].
