Misrepresented amount of RAM

I have installed 2003 Enterprise on a Compaq (HP) DL 380 with 6 Gig of RAM. BIOS counts 6 Gig. W2K3 loads and runs, but my problem is when you click on (goto) My Computer and look at the "general" info tab, it only show 3.75 Gig. Has anyone else seen this? If this is a "bug" how do I fix it. I'm standing up a new Citrix farm and I really need the RAM to support my apps.
