When printing a report from an outside vendor system, a print job gets stuck in the queue

Status: Mismatch: User selected a tray that has not been installed.

User can print from outside vendor fine if the document in question is not Crystal Reports Active Designer based. user can also print from Microsoft Office, etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Which Crystal? And have you tried changing [Printer Setup] under [File]?

We are having the same issue with reports written in CR 9 (craxdrt9.dll ver.9.2.3.787 ) and printing via the Crystal Report Viewer from our C++ application.

Users can also print from other applications but not from Crystal Report Viewer. We get the same message as above - "Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer - reportname.rpt" which flashes quickly in the print queue.
