Misaligned picture / image when printing to PDF

I hope you guys can help me. I have an image that I have placed in Quark with and have aligned it to 0.05 and 2.0 (for example). when i print to PDF, the image is not aligned as i had specified in Quark. it reverts to 0,0 location instead of 0.05, 2.0 location.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?!! It's urgent! :(
