Mis-reporting Physical Memory

We have a server (PIII 600, 768Mb Mem, 9Gb HDD) running W2k SP3. The physical memory is only showing as 130Mb. The BIOS correctly reports the memory and it is running the latest BIOS for the model of motherboard(ASUS P2B-S). I have swopped the memory around and still no luck. The server was originally upgraded from NT4 and at the time of upgrading W2k reported the memory was correct.
