Mirrored Effect

a very elementary solution...
1.) use the lasso tool to select the car and copy it.
2.) paste a copy of the car on another layer.
3.) edit > transform > flip vertical.
4.) play with the opacity of that layer. (try bringing it down to 65%)
5.) use the eraser tool with its flow & opacity around 30% to soften the edges of the reflection.
this should get you what you want if you do it correctly.
