mirror to another server

Greeting,
we have a machine with win 2003 server . we would like to have another machine mirroing this machine for redundance,

the reason is, just in case if the original server shuts down, or have any hardware problems, the other server takes over, (until we fix the original one)

If anyone knows how could that be done, or any resources it will be greatly appreciated,
