Mirror package for RH. Which way do the files go?

Hi folks,

I also posted this in the Linux area...

Just wondering if anyone can tell me which way mirror.pl goes.

Does the server RUNNING the mirror program "put" or does it "get" files from the remote server?

I found the instructions a little ambiguous...
