Can anyone tell me how to to that?
use disk to disk or partition to partion(I have only 1 partion in 5GB harddisk)?

I try both but i can't boot from 10GB harddisk

I also found a serious problem
some file name is changed
for example
a folder named "command" was changed to "mmmmand"

I have try serveal times but the same things happen on other directories and files

I think some files were corruped

Could anyone help me?
THX!!!

If you do disk-to-disk it will default to the full size for the destination (ie it will automatically expand to fill the full 15 GB even though the original was only 5). If you do partition to partition it will fill the full size of the new partition (so you must have a partition set up on the disk already...). I am not sure what you mean by not booting from 10 GB?? Is your mb only recognising 10 Gb?? It should recognise the full 15 GB. If not you need to find a BIOS update. Then try reformatting the new hard drive and retrying disk-disk. If you are still getting data corruption after the above possibilities have been eliminated then you must either have one dud hard drive (could be the source or destination) or corruption happening during the data transfer which could be RAM, or cable.
Have you had any problems prior to the new drive ???
