don't get to play with mirans that often and i am stuck. went in to the serial port, not a problem. but i press 3 to go to command line.. how do you get out of command line.. help gives me a help screen.. ioHelp gives me that screen.. but to get back to the menu driven side of that card? i did a disc and re-seated the card.. no help.. the cards working i just can not get back to the standard login screen so that i can assign a new recording to a channel.. tried the tui and i can change assignments but do not see a way to assign a new, never assigned recording.. thanks

Go back to the tui John, play the messages by hitting 2 and then 4 until you get to the one you want to assign, after you play it with 2 it is still there until you move on. Hit 1 to assign it, enter chanel then ## should say assignment made

i tried that and the new file did not play.. maybe the user did not **1 to save but without getting in the screen i can't say for sure..

If you can listen to it, but it isn't assigning, you're right, they are not entering the channel and ending with 2 pounds (or is it stars? I thought it was octothorpes)

It has been some time since I used command line on the cards, but I want to say the command is logoff.

the help screen shows logoff.. lower case.. but i get syntex error.. i may need to call my tech support monday, cards working and i can use a second recording for the new acd group... thanks
