MIRAN ACD MOH and Advertising

We have an Opt11c, w/medium MIRAN and an ACD set up with about 8 instruments on it. Boss wants to add Music On Hold with periodic advertisements interspersed for customers that have to wait for a reservationist.

Currently have MOH coming in from a mini=cd player that keeps dying, so MOH goes dead at least a few times daily.

I think MOH can be put on the Miran (extra memory card needed?) and various advertisements put in place (typically 5 to 10 seconds each), but I don't know how to program them. I know how to program auto attendant for a basic "press 1 for reservations, 2 to speak with an attendant" but don't know how to get MOH to be interrupted with ads....

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?
What memory card do I need (Switch is approx 22 months old)?

can you get into the miran via the gui tui or serial port? you can record a moh file with ads.. you can record adds to use a ran's.. both can live on the miran.. the problem with mail is going to mail while in que, breaks the fifo drama.. unless you have ivr in your mail..

best bet would be to record ad's with backgroud music and put that on the miran.. i can't answer mem questions, i've installed several mirans and never had a mem problem.. you can record through the tui, but importing files is cleaner..

best to get any radio station to do those voice over recordings..
