minuet software

We recently purchased a new NAM 4.1 from our vendor. I read on Nortel's site that Minuet is included with Norstar Voice Mail?

Where can I download the software from Cintech or Nortel?
Is the software already on a cdrom or something?
Is the software a additional cost?

minute is free on a nam all you need is nam serial number and you call cintech to get key code

I am also interested in the minuet acd. I have an NAM running V2.12 software. Is the minuet included on these older NAMs? I purchased the system from a company that was downsizing so I am not the origional owner. If I call in with my S/N can I get the codes? I'm not opposed to doing a software upgrade also. What is the latest version I could go to. I run a call center and would also like to know if it is possible to use the call id and some kind of application/hardware to integrate with my help desk computers that run microsoft great plains ERP application to open a call.
