Minnetonka Surcode Plugin for Premiere Pro 1.5

I am looking for help in activating the Premiere Plug-in made by Minnetonka Audio called, Surcode.

Note: I have premiere pro 1.5, and most of the cracks I have found only work for Premiere 7.0 or earlier versions.
