MiniSAP installation problem due to MS SQL charset

While installing MiniSAP I get an error because I have an existing SQL Server which uses an iso_1 charset. It looks like MiniSAP wants cp850.
I cannot change the SQL Server installation.
How can I change the settings to install MiniSAP?
