Minimize to System Tray

I am starting to move up in my VB programming and would like to have my application go to the System Tray (near the clock) when minimized. Users could then use a right-click on the icon to bring up a menu. Examples of such types of things - AOL IM, Trillian, etc. Any information would be helpful as I have been unable to find anything regarding it. Thanks in advance
