Minimize a msgbox

Hi to all,

I'm creating a script that would start when my user log in and prompt a msgbox windows that the user will have to answer just before shutting down. So when I call my msgbox, I would like to have it minimize so it won't bother the user. I already tried a few things, but the window is always in front of me.
