Migration from Lotus Notes

On migration from lotus notes. Please convert the lotus notes file into excel file.
Then, using Ms-access, open the excel file and then do a copy/paste into the oracle8i table (which also can be opened in Ms-access using the ->file->get external data->link tables->odbc database-> ....).
This way you can transfer the lotus notes data into the oracle8i.
