Migration from 5.5 to 2000 with OWA located on seperate server!!

Hi All,
I could use some help. I am about to migrate from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 server (domain controller). However, due to a previous configuration by my predecessor, Outlook Web Access in located on a seperate server(running as a member server) and I would like to know if there may be pitfalls that i need to look out for during the migration. As of this time, I would like to keep OWA on a seperate server. Any Ideas???
