Migration Advice

Ok, I've read all about different migration tactics but our situation is a bit different and I'm wondering what you guys would do if you were in my shoes.

We have two exchange 5.5 servers on nt4 in the same site and domain. One is the PDC and the other is a BDC (neither are capable of an upgrade to w2k. We have one new server (w2k) to replace one of the Exchange servers with(the PDC) and we want to upgrade to exchange 2000 (and active directory). What would you guys do? Thanks in advance.

Here's HOW:
1)Install Windows NT SERVER 4.00 on the new server
2)Promote this server to be (PDC) for your domain
3)upgrade it to Win2k
3)install exchange 2000 on the new server with ADC
4)if you wish you could move all mailboxes from old server to the new one using Exchange System Manager.
