I will be moving a customers voicemail from an Windows XP CPU to a Windows 2003 server CPU. I want to keep all sytem wave files and user greetings and messages. Are there any documents or advice that can be provided for this migration?

You need to export the call flows to a MDB

Then copy the accounts, Greetings, names and the custom wav folder (I can't remember teh precise path of this one)

There is a bat fiel to back up the registry too.

Install VM pro on the new server , copy all the above back to the same place, Import the registry and call flow.

Test - all should be good

Take Care
