Migrating Users

I am testing the ADMT to migrate a NT4sp6 PDC to a new W2K server. I've followed all the many steps but am stuck on the -Migrate user part.

I cannot browse for a target ou when migrating a user. I've checked all KBs and followed all the setup procedures, trusts, rights etc..

Nothing.

Anyone please?
