Migrating User Script

Does anyone have a VBScript or another option that will allow me to migrate user data from their desktop profile to their new Active Directory profile. I have roughly 20 users with stand alone computers that will be added to AD. I want to copy their profiles using a log on script so that I will not have to touch each machine.
