I am in the process of Migrating from Win NT 4.0 to Win 2003 but I am having problems migrating service accounts.
The errors I received are shown below.
The account I am using have Domain Admin right and Local Admin rights on all the servers.
Please assist.

2005-01-27 14:31:29 ERR2:7006 Failed to install agent on \\computer1, rc=5 Access is denied.
2005-01-27 14:31:29 ERR2:7005 Failed to launch agent on \\computer1, hr=80070005 Access is denied.
2005-01-27 14:31:30 All agents are installed. The dispatcher is finished.
